DSR-G Roots Blowers are tri-lobe double oil tanks roots blowers, adopt the advanced technology of Japan, its air capacity is 0.45m³/min- 172.4m³/min, the pressure is from 63.7Kpa to 98Kpa. The main characteristic of our air blower is small volume, light weight, flow strong, noise small, steadily reliable operation.
The double oil tank Roots blower adopts the double oil tank design, and both ends of the blower are lubricated by lubricating oil, which improves the service life of the bearings, and reduces the mechanical noise of the single oil tank Roots blower by 6-8 dB. Effectively reduce the blower temperature. The oil quantity of lubricating oil can be seen clearly from the oil window, and the maintenance is simple.

7. Double oil tank design:
Compared with the single oil tank roots blower adopting grease lubrication, the lubrication mode is changed. Because of the lubricating oil at both ends, the lubrication is more sufficient, the service life of the bearing is significantly improved, and the probability of Rotor Damage of Roots blower caused by bearing damage is avoided.

As the lubrication is more sufficient, the mechanical noise of the blower with a single oil tank is significantly reduced by 6-8 decibels.

Our warranty is 12 months after received the roots blower. During the warranty period, replace the damaged parts for free of charge. Out warranty period, to provide timely, high-quality technical services and price concessions spare parts to ensure continuous safe and high-quality equipment operation.
3. How long is the service life of roots blower?
In normal use environment A- Service life of blower is more than 10 years.
B- Service life of Impeller is more than 60, 000 hours.
C- Service life of bearing is more than 50, 000 hours.
D- Service life of gear is more than 60, 000 hours.
4. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, blowers and silencers below 200mm diameter shall be packed in Fumigation Free Plywood Cases, main blowers above 200mm diameter shall be packed in iron pallets, and silencers shall be packed in Fumigation Free Plywood Case. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
5. How does your factory control product quality?
We have quality inspection department. Before sending out product, we check each product. If there is quality problem, we will produce new one.
