A concrete pump is a machine used for transferring liquid concrete by pumping. There are mainly two types of concrete pumps, namely boom concrete pump and trailer concrete pump. Our  DJBT30-08-45 Concrete Mixer with Pump is a kind of 

trailer concrete pump.

This pump requires steel or flexible concrete placing hoses to be manually attached to the outlet of the machine. Those hoses are linked together and lead to wherever the concrete needs to be placed. Trailer concrete pumps normally pump concrete at lower volumes than boom pumps and are used for smaller volume concrete placing applications such as swimming pools, sidewalks, and single family home concrete slabs and most ground slabs.

However, Our DJBT30-08-45 Concrete Mixer with Pump is  the fruit of technology innovation. It combine the function of concrete mixer and concrete pump together. It has its own attached concrete mixer and could mix material by itself. After concrete come out from the mixing drum, the nearby pumping hopper could catch the concrete and pump the concrete through the attached steel delivery pipe up to 100 m high floor vertically and to 300 m away place horizontally. This concrete mixer with pump is driven by DEUTZ, 45kW, 4-Cylinder , Air-cooled, Maintenance Free Diesel Engine.  No external power is required.  And the  feeding of material is by   hydraulically tipped hopper, rather than by guide way sliding hopper. 

This facilitates the operation of worker.

Hydraulic Tipping of Feeding Hopper

Rotary Platform Design of the Location of Diesel Engine

The Diesel Engine is fixed on the rotary platform on the rear, with 3 kinds of postioning state  optional,  dragging , working and container shipping. During the state of  working , the position of the  engine is away from the feeding hopper.  This could prevent engine from  the pollution of dust and cement. The service life is thus prolonged.

Top and Central Situation of Hydraulic Oil Tank

The hydraulic tank is on the top of the mixing drum. Thanks to the affect of gravity, the  hydraulic oil could flow into the hydraulic pump more easier. The risk of pump damage due to the  lacking of oil could thus be prevented.

Separability between the Concrete Mixer and Pump

The Pump Part could be seperated from the concrete mixer part easily. Both the concrete mixer and pump could operate by itself  independently. The finished concrete could come out through the  reversing operation of mixing drum. The nearby attached chute could catch the concrete and deliver it the ground directly. And you could aslo use tranit mixer to pour concrete into the pumping hopper and deliver the concrete through the attached steel pipe to long distance.
