1: Can we get samples? A: Yes, you can. sample and freight of express costs are on buyers' account , we will return the costs into future orders
2: Can we print my own logo? A: Yes, you can. Various printing ways are available: screen printing, hot stamping, frost, etc. and label printing. About printing color: can be made according to PANTONE color number if needed.
3. Can you produce box/bag/case according to our design/sample? A: Yes, models according to your design or samples can be produced.
4. What is the normal lead time? A: Normally 3-7 weeks after getting L/C or 30% deposit and get all printing layout.
5. What is your main shipping terms? A: For trial order, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS etc can be provided. For large order, we can arrange shipment by sea, by air according to your requirements.
6. Where is your main market? A: Mainly in European and Norther American market.
