Slotting Part

Two independent cutter for aluminum and stainless steel
1.The stainless steel slotted machine adopts imported plane cutter from Japan, the cutting sound is small, the blade is wear-resistant, the angle of the angle is large, it is not easy to break, and it is easy to replace.
2. The cutting milling cutter is imported from Germany with alloy-coated tips for extended service life. The tip of the tool is rounded to ensure that the bending angle of the flat aluminum is -180° to 170°.

Bending Part

The bending part adopts the working mode of two-axis linkage bending, which is equipped with servo motor and speed reducer. It has fast speed, high precision, no damage to the material surface and small bending interference.

Transmisson Way

Imported linear guide rail and high precision ball screw ensure high precision and good stability. 

Motors, Encoder and Mechanical Components

1. Servo motors and drives for slotting and bending part, this ensures high slotting and bending accuracy.
2. High stability encoder has high anti-interference performance, which enhances high accuracy.
3. The unique depth adjusting system can automatically adjust the groove depth by modifying the software parameters. It can control the front and back adjustment separately.

Electrical Components and Software

1. Professional distribution box. All electricall components and techniccal parameters compl with standard design requirements.
2. The control card and software is original Leetro control system, easy to study and operate, ensure the machine calculating size with zero error. The control card running stable, with strong anti-interference ability.
3. Software has both English and Chinese language, It can real all kinds of vector files in PLT, AI and DXF formats, and match perfectly with engraving machine files. 

4. Computer system can support Windows XP, Win 7 32bits and 64bits. 

Supporting Facility

Machine working needs air compressor to provide air pressure. Working pressure is 0.6Mpa.
