This machine is for repairing motherboard IC/Chip/Chipset of Laptop, Mobile, PC, mobile phone , Xbox, etc. With features 3-heater(2xHot air+IR Preheating), embedded Smart PC, Auto Profile, Cooling Fan, Micro hot-air adjustment, Vacuum Pick-up & Place, Universal Support for most of the PCB Size/Shape.
Wide range of application: BGA, PGA, POP,BQFP, QFN, SOT- 223, PLCC, TQFP, TDFN, TSOP, PBGA, CPGA, LED chip.
1. 3 independent heaters
Top hot air, bottom hot air and a large IR preheating area ,
HR's height can be adjusted, IR with a wide square for most of
big PCBs.
2. Cooling Fan
1) Cross air flow to cool the PCB after heating, it is important for preventing deformation
2) Auto Cooling after the heating completion.

With 6 universal fixtures, 2 PCB brackets and 2 pcs of "V" groove for any shape PCB to be fixed
4. Top Air Flow Adjust Button
This is optional function, if it is needed, please let us know in advance, with top air speed adjustable function, prevent small bga chip from moving flow by strong air, and sometimes, if the temperature is too hot, you can deduct the air flow(If you order more than 50 sets , the top air flow knob will be installed for you ).
