A: we will send all original documents to you by DHL after sea shipment or together with the machine by air, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
2. How long is the delivery time?
A: For standard machines, it would be 7-10 days; For customized machines according to clients’ specific requirements, it would be a little longer, about 15 to 30 days.

A: We will send the operation video and manual of the machine to you online or CD with the machine. Or our engineer will do training online. You are welcome to visit us before the order is confirmed and learn how to run it when you visit us.

A: The warranty is two years. During the warranty, in case of any problem with the machine, we will provide the parts free of charge. After the warranty, we still provide a whole life service.

A: There is no consumable. It’s very economical and cost-effective.
