1/. Commodity: DESICCATED COCONUT HIGH FAT

Grade: Fine / Medium / Chips / Flake

2/. Quality: High Fat

- Moisture: 3% max (Fine/Medium grade), 4% max (Chips/Flake grade)

- SO2: max 100 ppm or free

- FFA: 0.3% max. - Fat content: 60 - 68%

- Natural white Colour; Free from foreign matter.

- Free from bacteria as Ecoli, Sammonella.

- Flavour: Mild, fresh and sweet characteristic of coconut with no off-flavour and odour

Use for: bakery, food, confectionery, making coconut milk & coconut oil,...

3/. Quantity:

- Quantity: cont 40ft = 26 tons (Fine/Medium) and 21 tons (Chips/Flake) (+/-5%)

- Use for: making coconut milk, foods, confectionery, bakery, ice-cream...

4/. Packing: By 02-03 plies Kraft paper bags with inner sealed polyliner (PE), PP outside

5/. Payment terms:

* Deposit: 30% contract value within 3 days max after signed the contract. The balance will be paid by TTr within 5 days max after received the shipping copies by email.

* Deposit: 30% contract value within 3 days max after signed the contract. The balance will be paid by DP / CAD at sight.

* LC at sight 100%
