Model introduction

With development and search department, we have different D serious multistage centrifugal pump from common D, DY, DF MD. Self balancing pump we have ZPD, ZPDY, ZPDF and ZPMD. Bolier feed pump we have DG and ZPDG serious. Our D serious pumps are well used in lots of fields.

Material we have Cast Iron, SS304, SS306 or QT for various usage.

D, DY, DF and MD serious

This serious pumps are suitble for fluid without solid, particles or any other suspended stuff, water for instance. While oily and corrosive or solid- contained fluid can be pumped by means of material modification, sealing methods and cooling system adding.

High efficiency, reliable and durable with low noise, easy maintenance and wide scopes are its main advantages.

How the pump works:

The suction inlet is set horizontally whiledischarging outlet vertically is one of pecularitiesfor D,DF,DY and MD horizontal, single suction,segmental multistage pumps.The segments ofsuction，middle，discharging are connected bymeans of bolt. The head employs the stages ofthe pump.

The rotor of the pump is mainly composed ofshaft and impeller, bushing, and balancing plate,which are balanced and connected to the shaft bymeans of straight key and shaft nut.The stagesof the pump employ the impeller. The whole rotoris supported by rolling contact bearing or slidingbearing which varies themselves according tocertain situation.The rotor does not sustain anyaxial force, which is balanced by balancing plate.Balancing plate wear indicator is set at the endof the pump for wearing monitoring to avoid anyexcessive abrasion.

For neutral liquid from mining well or other similar liquid. Density and size of particles of the sewage shall be less than 1.5% and 0.5mm. The T should be less than 80 degree.
