Instructions:

1, input and output can not be connected to reverse, positive and negative output can not be connected to reverse and short circuit.

2. The maximum input peak voltage cannot exceed 78V, too high may damage the module, please use within the voltage range.

3, the output voltage and current constant voltage constant current can be adjusted continuously, counterclockwise to increase, clockwise to decrease, the minimum current 1A.

4. When the input voltage of this module is less than 30V and the output is less than 12V, the output can be short-circuited without damaging the module. You can use the ammeter to short-circuit the output current of the modulated output (but try to short-circuit the output current at low voltage).

5, the output current can be adjusted while the current can be adjusted, while the mV block of the multimeter is used to measure the output current reference point voltage, every 2mV is the output current of 1A, how much current is needed to adjust the reference point voltage to how much.

6, D9 and D10 two diodes can be changed into two LED light emitting diodes, can be changed when the constant voltage and constant current working status indicator (can only be changed in the original position of the board, can not be LED by line).

7, voltage and current external analog signal regulation, the external voltage signal is 0-5V, pay attention to the positive and negative terminals when accessing. Note: For the power supply of external signals, a separate power supply is required. The power supply cannot be co-grounded with the module, otherwise the module may be damaged.

8, need external analog signal conditioning, need to remove two resistance, when need to adjust the voltage to remove R38 (voltage signal port behind the second resistance), need to take off when the current R46 (current signal port behind the second resistance), the two adjustable voltage and current to voltage and current of the correction is adjustable, if you don't need to set-up is, It is possible to swap the resistors for the corresponding fixed resistors

9, this module is not suitable for the load with motor and large starting current.

10. The maximum output power of this module is 800W. When the output voltage is below 26V, the maximum output current can reach 30A. When the output voltage is higher than 26V, the output current is reduced accordingly. This data is for reference only. The actual use environment and conditions prevail.

11. The MOS tube anti-reverse connection and current detection of this module are at the negative pole (ground wire > end). In the case of constant current and current limiting of the output, the negative poles of the input and output can not be shared or short-connected, but must be separated.

12. Increase heat dissipation for the module according to different environment and load size.

13, input and output voltage difference description:

A: The input is 70V and the maximum output is 58V. B: Input 60V, maximum output 49V. C: Input 50V, maximum output 40V.

D: The input is 40V and the maximum output is 32V. E: Input 30V, maximum output 24V. F: Input 20V, maximum output 16V.
