A2: 2 years for each spare parts.

Q3: Can you custom Air Cooler as our samples our drawings?
A3:Of course we can. But we have a limit to your order quantity. Please contact us to discuss the details.

Q4: I want to use our own brand logo, is it ok?
A4: Yes, Of course it's OK , we can make OEM products and also can provide our own brand products ,it's all by your request.

Q5: Do you have a stock for each model?

A5:Yes we have. If you need our standard model. We could delivery very soon.

Q6: May I take some samples to test before placing the order?

A6: Yes, we could offer 1-5 Sets/Model samples to you in 5 days. But you should pay the sample fee and freight first.

Q7: How long is your delivery time?
A7: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q8: What is your terms of payment ?
A8: Payment<5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
