- There is no 5V Output when using 12V/16V/19V/4A DC output.
- You can charge 2 devices simultaneously when led indicates 5V output
- It needs 4 hours to fully charge the product via AC adapter.

Charging to the 5V digital products
1.Make sure of the digital items's input voltage is 5V.
2.Plug the original charging -cable USB port for the digital items in the corresponding USB output for the mobile power.
3.Plug the other side of the original charging-cable in the digital products.
4.When press on the switch gently, the mobile power checking the power, press on the switch for three seconds again , the mobile power turn on, the 5V voltage indication light up just offer the power for the digital products .
5.Press on the switch for three seconds again , the mobile power and the indication light also turn off .
How to using Charging to the mobile power
1.Press the power of capacity check switch can check the batteries power.

1. What kind of power banks are better?
The quality of power bank is mostly depending on the battery. So if the battery is with good quality, then the power bank would be good too.
2. Will this power bank explode?
If the battery is C grade one, then explosion is possible to happen. But we are applying the safest li-polymer battery and imported Li-ion battery. And the PCBA has multi-protection: overcurrent protection,over voltage protection,short-circuit protection,battery protection(overcharge/Over discharge),temperature protection.
3. Can power bank charge all kinds of mobile phones?
Yes, it can charge all smart phones. Just different mobiles phones may need different adapters.
4. Why is power bank out of power after I charge my mobile phones once and twice?
It is something to do with the capacity of power bank, conversion efficiency and capacity of mobile phones. Normally the conversion efficiency is around 85%. And the voltage of battery is 3.7v, the capacity will be lesser after step-up into 5V during charging.
5. Can you provide design for us?

6. What about the warranty?
