Q1.How is quality ensured?
All our products are awarded the CE and RoHS Certificate, and we are also offering 2 years warranty for the head of the motor.
If there is any problem happened at your side, please inform us with description and pictures, we'll check and revert to offer you a solution after that.
Q2.How to control the quality before shipment?
We have a strict QC system, double-check each spare part and every ordered item: firstly during mass production and secondly pre-shipment. Sampling and full review are combined.
Q3.Can I buy one sample to test the quality?
Yes of course, it is our big pleasure to show you our qualtiy. And we are confident that once you get it in your hand, you will be very satisfied.
You need to pay the sample cost and freight, sample cost will be returned on your next formal order.
We normally suggest you to choose express such as Fedex, TNT or UPS to deliver the sample order, instead of delivery by sea. Since it’s much faster and less costly. Due to the magnet inside the motor, the delivery requires a test and certificate for safe transport, which can only be done in Shanghai, therefore all of our sample orders are delivered from Shanghai.
Q4.What about delivery time?
For sample orders by express, it will be available within 7 working days after receipt of 100% payment.
For bulk orders, it will be available within 20-30 days after receiving 30% TT deposit.
Q5.What kind of battery is suitable for the product?
The regular 12V batteries such as lead-acid, Lithium Polymer and LiFePO4 are all suitable for our motors.
Kindly be noted that, 32/36/40/46/50/55/60lbs requires 12V input, and 86lbs requires 24V. You can series connect the 2x12V batteries to provide power to 86lbs.
For each battery, the capacity we suggested is 12V in 80-100 AH, to ensure a long running time.
Q6. How can I have the spare parts for maintanence and replacement?
We will provide you 2% free motors, or spare parts at the same value, based on 50pcs order quantity.
