Interface introduction:
Power connector (blue screw terminal): The main power input interface supplies power to the control board and the fan.
Fan interface (white VH3.96-4P socket): fan output interface, please refer to the picture for line sequence.
Temperature probe interface: Connect NTC probe parameter 10K B=3950.
Alarm signal port (WORK): Outputs a high level during normal operation and outputs a low level when the fan is abnormal.
Relay interface (RELAY): An expansion interface that drives a 9V or 12V relay that can be used to control the fan power line. When the fan control is stopped, the relay is disconnected.
Key Description:
“+” “-” button: Switch the display in the running state, increase or decrease the value when the parameter is set (long press to increase or decrease continuously).
The "OK" button has three functions:
1. In the running state, press to enter the intrinsic output setting, that is, the manual speed setting, the range is 5-100 (%), press the save again and exit.
2. Press and enter the temperature parameter setting in the running state. After entering, modify the parameter by “+” “-” button, short press “OK” button to switch the setting item, and then set (* represents the number) to accelerate the temperature “L**”. Full speed temperature "H**", turn off the temperature "C**", press the "OK" button again to save and exit the setting.
3. Under power off state, keep pressing “OK” button to send power, enter function setting, modify by “+” “-” button, short press “OK” button to switch setting item, set PWM output frequency 20/2.5KHZ in turn. “F20/F2.5”, PWM output direction forward/reverse “P 1/P-1”, press “OK” button again to save and exit.
Detailed description of temperature parameters:
Acceleration temperature "L**": Range (5-94) When the temperature rises above this temperature, the PWM output begins to increase with increasing temperature.
Full speed temperature "H**": Range (10-99) When the temperature rises or exceeds this temperature, the PWM always outputs 100% and the fan runs at full speed.
Turn off the temperature "C**": Range (0-92) low temperature shutdown temperature. When this value > 0 is set, the low temperature shutdown function is enabled. When the temperature is lower than this temperature, the output is turned off (the PWM signal and the extended relay output are simultaneously turned off) When the temperature is raised to exceed the acceleration temperature when the state is off, the fan restarts and shifts with temperature; if the shutdown temperature is set to 0, the low temperature shutdown function is disabled and the PWM and extended relay output interfaces are always output.
Note: The difference between the acceleration temperature and the full speed temperature should not be lower than 5 °C. The difference between the shutdown temperature and the acceleration temperature should not be lower than 2 °C. If the value will break the above temperature difference when the parameters are modified, the program will automatically adjust the other two parameters.
Display instructions:
Three digital tubes: display specific parameters and values.
LED "X10 RPM": Speed unit light This light is on. The digital tube shows the fan speed. This value is the value after the speed is divided by 10. For example, the actual fan speed is 2560RPM (rev/min).
LED “°C”: Temperature unit light This light is on. The digital tube displays the temperature measured by the current probe.
LED “RUN”: Fan running indicator When the fan is running, the fan is off when the fan is turned off. Note that this is the control status instead of the actual fan. If the fan is faulty, the alarm signal port is output during operation (RUN light is on). Low level.
