This continuous loss-in-weight blender is equipped with a loss-in-weight extruder feeding control which manages the extruder to ensure a constant weight-per-meter ratio. Precision is guaranteed by a double weighing cell which controls the mixer. Dosing accuracy, flexibility, perfect mixing, all in the name of visibility. The exclusive double eyelid shutter device, with a reaction time of only 25 milliseconds expresses a high level of precision. This system can dose up to six components creating an accurate blend thanks to the free weighing hopper design.
Gramixo is designed to be installed directly on the processing machine thanks to the exclusive immunity vibration system.
Thanks to the inspection possibility, easy cleaning, quick production change and modularity DBK GRAMIXO is a machine with no equals. The smart internal coloured LED lighting indicate the machine status. It is equipped with a powerful control thanks to a friendly and graphical user interface and with multiple connectivity.
