Yes, we recommend all our customers to purchase sample from us which treat as pre-approval QA samples for future shipments.  Samples fee are fully refunded upon placement of order (unless it is a customized molded product).

Q4.How long normally does it take for your goods to ship out?

It depends on your quantities and we usually ship out our goods from 30-40 days depends on our quantities and more earlier for repeat orders.
