Mold: Advanced 50% mold tool deposit should be paid by TT or Paypal before mold-making,50% pay at sample approval.

For Parts:PE bag inside,carton/ box /pallet( upon customer's demands with exported carton box).
For Mold: Standard exported wooden box packed, fumigation process (upon required).

A:Our factory is located in 101 unit No. 28 Xiangyue Road, Xiang'an Huoju High Technology Zone, Xiamen,China about 40 minutes to Xiamen airport by car . Warmly welcome to visit us!

A:We are honored to offer you a sample for free. But please pay the freight charge
Q 4. What's the payment term?
A:Mold: Advanced 50% mold tool deposit should be paid by TT or Paypal before mold-making,50% pay at sample approval.
Product: Advanced 50% downpayment,50% prior to shipment.
We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q 5. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A:Average lead times for prototype / first article are 1-2 weeks, if tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10 days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.
Q 6. What is your standard packing?
All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets.
Q7: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
A1: We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.
A2: We provide quality certs such as measurement report, material data sheet, COO, COA, etc. to all customers before delivery.
A3: We accept third party inspection such as SGS, TUV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.
Q 8 : Can you do the design based on our requirement ?
A:yes, OEM/ODM both can be acceptable.
Q9. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds .
Q10. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, and the sample is free,but the customers have to pay the courier cost.
