Z94100A vertical parting core shooting machine, the host is mainly made of three parts and an option parts.
1.Pillar parts: is mainly composed of base, column and beam, constitute the framework of the whole equipment. Install a sand bucket in the beam、gate components 、compact device、guide rail、gas storage bag、sand core cylinder components such as moving core for sand、 gas supply system.
2.Shoot sand device: contains sand drum, drum rack, roller components, feet, head, shoot sand board and other components. Shoot sand device by four groups of hanging roller components on the guide rail, with the aid of sand cone cylinder after the guide rail and movement. When beneath its moved to sand bucket, automatically open the valve and quantitative sand. When it moved to shoot sand position will pressure cylinder clamping device pressure in the core box on the plane, open the shoot sand value to shoot sand. Shoot sand finished, loosen the clamping cylinder disappear pressure force, shoot the head under the action of spring force reset. Therefore, to complete adding sand and shooting sand.
3.Die set parts: is mainly composed of the left template, right support, guide pin, guide sleeve, etc.
