1. What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Usually for sweater, the minimum quantity is 100pcs. But if you’re our long-term cooperated customer, any quantity is ok. For stock sweaters, MOQ is 1-2pcs.
2. What is the payment term your company accept?
Usually, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight or 30 days, T/T and etc. For T/T, please deposit 30% when you place the order, and the balance 70% needs to be paid against B/L copy. For other payment term, need to negotiate.
3. How can I get a sample from you to check the quality? How long it will take you to make the sample?
You could send us your designs with details, and we can make the sample then. If there’s any question about the designs, we can discuss via email, wechat, skype and etc. Usually 7-15 days for normal yarn and available colors. If you need special yarn or special colors, it depends.
4. How about the samples’ price?
Usually the sample price is double of the FOB price. And the express cost will also be counted. However, once you place the order, we will return back the sample fee.
For our long-term cooperated customer, sample is free but needs to be returned after you finalize the orders. You only need to pay the express cost.
