3.Weight: 0.2kg to 30kg size from 30mm to 850mm,thickness:3mm

1.Process:die forging and free forging
2.Material:gray iron,ductile iron,iron,carbon steel,white steel,steel,aluminum alloy,brass or on request of customer
3.equipment of forging:die forging hammer,free forging hammer,helix press machine,crank press and so on
Machining equipment:We own the CNC machine tools,Vertical machining centers,Turning center lathes etc

1.What type of drawing files can you accept?
We can accept several different types of files: Pro/E, AutoCAD, SOLIDWORK, CAXA, UG.
2.How long does the mould can finish?
25-35 days,also depends on your customization needs.
3.What kind of the materials can be provided?
1)Product Materials: Mainly is Grey Iron. But we also can provide other material products for you: like Ductile Iron,Stainless Iron,Carbon Steel,Alloy Steel,Aluminum,Brass,Bronze. Because we are very familiar with them, and better service for you
2)finishing: sand blasting,Plating,hot-dip,painting,powder painting,positive electrode oxidization,polishing.
