Monday-Friday(Morning): 8:00-12:00a.m
Monday-Friday(Afternoon): 2:00-6:00p.m (based on Beijing time)

-How can I check the quality before mass order?
A:We can send some our stock samples for you to check the quality firstly, or make the sample as per your design for you. If the samples are customized, it need mold fee.

-Can I get the samples with my design?
After all details(size, logo effect, one-sided or double-sided logo, attachment) are confirmed, we would finish the samples within 7-10days (based on the craft) after payment. We would send the samples via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc.

-How much will be sample fee?

Normally, we would offer 2pcs free sample for each design. But mold fee and freight will be needed. Mold fee will be based on your design effect and size request. Pls kindly send us all details so that we can check correct price for you.

-How to proceed the order if I have the Design or Logo?
A.:First, please kindly send us your Logo/Design with your enquiry, our designer will draw the production artwork for you approval. Second, we make samples for your confirmation after you confirm the artwork and price. Third, we make mass goods for you as per the sample you confirmed.

-What is the lead time?
A:Sample time is 7-10days, mass production time is 10-20 days base on your QTY.And we also can try our best to rush the order for you.

-If there is something wrong with the products, how to deal with it?
If there is something wrong with the products, please feel free to contact us. Tell us details and show us pictures so that we can help out.
