Advantages of UV curing system
Low temperature
- When the UV printing line speed is above 10m/min, the surface temperature of the substrate should be kept at the ambient temperature under the premise of ensuring that the UV ink is cured.
- It will not generate too much heat, so it will not damage the baby's label and heat-sensitive printing materials; it will not damage the printing machine and surrounding accessories, and will not cause safety hazards such as fire.
- ES-UV technology can improve the stability of the voltage required for the power supply of the lamp and the best working temperature, and the low temperature environment can extend the service life of the internal parts of the lampshade.
