China, It is a one-stop medium-sized enterprise in the whole process of precision plastic mould

design and manufacturing, precision injection moulding, laser engraving, screen printing, pad

printing, UV coating, water-based spraying, and hot melt assembly. Our Tool Workshop are

equipped with Dozens of high-speed CNC, FANUC engraving machine, Sodick EDM, Sodick

WEDM etc. Our equipment accuracy can reach 0.005mm. The precision of the mould processing

products can reach within 0.02MM. Our injection moulding department owns 125 sets injection moulding

machines. Our Quality Department has 3D CMM ,2.5D, 2D Coordinate Measurement,and also has its own

1.0 and 2.0 RoHS TEST Room. In addition, the spraying department is equipped with a fully automatic

three-coat and three-bake  465-meter oil injection line, a 220-meter oil injection line, 7 assembly lines,

and 30 screen printing. Our business scope involves: consumer electronics products including smart

speaker housings, TWS earphones, and mobile phone housings, telephone plastic parts. Medical equipment:

such as plastic thermometers, Far infrared detector, thermometers, sterilization boxes, etc. Small

home appliances / home appliance accessories: such as telephone, small fans, mobile power supplies,

humidifiers, POS machines, learning machines, game consoles and other housings. Tablet PC computer
