Yes,we can make the samples according to your special requests.

Q6: What about the lead time?

It will take 10 days for sample orders whilte the bluck goods estimated to need 3 to 4 weeks however it will depend on your final order quantity and order confirmation date.

Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For small order,we suggest ship by express such as DHL,TNT,UPS or Fedex.it usually takes 4 to 8 days to arrive.

For more bigger orders,airfreight or seafreight will also be an option.

It may take 7 days/30 days from our airport/seaport to customers’

Q9: How many years you guarantee your products?

Different products series have different guarantee period. we offer 1-5 years warranty to our products. 

Q10: Is it OK to print my logo on solar panels?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
