Dichroic Mirror/Lens |
Dichroic Mirrors Often used in laser technology. It almost completely transmits the light of a certain wavelength, and almost completely reflects the light of other wavelengths. |
Customization of Dichroic Mirror/Lens |
Our company can customize dichroic mirrors/lenses in different diameter specifications according to customers' different requirements and also provides special optical mirrors such as punching, trimming, etc. |

Dichroic Mirror/lens refers to when the incidence is 45 degrees or a large angle, the light source is separated into a specific spectrum and the direction of the light path of part of the spectrum is changed. It is often used in enzyme-labeled instruments and fluorescence microscopes. Dichroic mirrors/Lenses can separate light beams according to wavelength. The two sides are respectively coated with a filter film and an anti-reflection film, the dichroic mirror exhibits high transparency or high reflection for different wavelength beams, so it is often used to split/combine beams of different wavelengths, or filter out a certain wavelength band. According to the different effects on the band, dichroic mirrors can be divided into three types: short-wave pass, long-wave pass and multi-band. 1. Shortwave pass is highly transparent to light below the cut-off wavelength, and light above the cut-off wavelength is highly reflective; 2. Long wave pass is highly transparent to light higher than the initial wavelength, and highly reflective to light lower than the initial wavelength; 3. The multi-band dichroic mirror has three or more transmission or reflection bands, the band between the cut-off wavelength and the starting wavelength is high in transparency, and the other bands are high in reflection. | ||||||
