Process Introduces
Step 1: Art Digitization
Our professional design team will provide creative design, 3D modeling, 3D rendering and other professional services according to your needs. First of all, our design consultants will understand your detailed requirements based on your own designs or advise. We will meet to formulate an exclusive design service plan for you. Then the 3D modelers of Handsong Sculpture Design Center will perform 3D modeling and 3D rendering. During this period, we will check with you through renderings from different views or animated video. After the final confirmation, we will send the data to the Hanshong Sculpture Sample Making Center, where we will fabricate a small mold,then put it into sample making work.
Creative Design
You tell us the theme of the sculpture you want.We will propose sevaral corresponding design solutions base on your theme and concept.
3D Modeling
Our professional design team will make 3D modeling base on the creative design, used the latest CG technologies and 3D sofeware procedures.
3D Rendering
The design consultant will communicate with you efficiently and solve the problem in time until all the details of the sculpture are determined.
Step 2: Data Precision
Handsong imported precise CAD data into the sculpture production process. The data production process we developed includes: small sample 3D-printing, large CNC foam-carving, BIM production data export and CAD construction drawing production. While ensuring the perfect presentation of the sculpture, it saves you sculpture cost and delivery cycle to the greatest extent. 3D mold can be sent to you within 10 days for final details confirmation.Handsong Group accepts a small/trial order before clients place a formal one.
Small Sample 3D-printing
Our Sample Making Center will make the clay sample or 3D printed sample for you to check the design.Samples of the material/surface finished can be sent for comparison and selection.
BIM Production Data Export
In the precise lofting process of sculptures, we comprehensively use various computer industrial software to ensure accurate and efficient completion of sculptures.
CAD Construction Drawing
