Description:
Our Metric FEP tubing is made by new raw material with excellent physical and chemical property. The properties of FEP tubing drives its use in many applications that require high electrical breakdown voltage, low dielectric constant, high chemical resistance, high UV transmission, excellent sterilizability and longevity of use.
FEP tubing remains basically the properties of PTFE, like excellent high & low temperature resistance, chemical stability, high non-adhesiveness and mechanical strength. FEP tubing is known for its gas and vapor permeability properties and excellent UV transmission ratings While very similar in composition to PTFE, there are a few notable differences.
FEP tube has very good insulation performance. The breakdown voltage of 1 mm can reach 30 kv. FEP tube is a very good insulating material and can be used as insulating bushing.
The FEP tube has excellent transmittance and transmittance of over 95%. Ba Kai FEP tube can be made of thickness 0.2mm casing.It is applied to plastic optical fiber and lighting fiber industry.
