Mass production samples can be sent for u to check the quality,we will do production base on approval samples quality,welcome come to our factory check quality before arrange balance payment and shippment.

5) How dose your factory to solve after client receive goods some have quality problem?
Firstly,we will check with client what is the problem,and discuss how to solve,
ask client the problem goods percent,will do the complement in next order together or give some discount to client.

A: Usually the quotation will be send to you within one working days upon all this details of products be clear, If something urgently we can quoted to you within 2 hours based on all details be clear.

7) Q: How can I get the accurate price?

A: There are some basic specs we need to know for price calculate, that is: the quantity, the size, the products shape (photos), the material& color printing& surface finishing(can refer to explain pictures on our website), and then the best price will be send to you on time.

8) Q : How long the mass production time need?

A : Normal 10-15 days . Rush order is available.

9) Q : Can i get a free sample?

A : Of course ! we can send you the sample which we made before for our other clients or make the new blank sample to you based on your require, it just need you side stand the shipping cost of sample.

10) Q: How long can I got the new sample which made based on my require?

A: After received the sample charge and all the material & design be confirmed. It need 5-7 days to produce it and the express time usually need around 3-5day.

11) Q: Is the sample charge can be refundable?

A: yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirmed the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with you order.

12) Q: what kind of paper can be printed on?

A: We have several kinds of paper available which depending on you products needed, like the woodfree paper, artpaper ,kraft paper, paper cardboard. so if you not sure about which material you need just pls contact us who are experienced and will give you the best recommend.

13) Q: What's the size and how many sheets can be made in one book?

A: Any size can be custom(as usual the most common used are A4 or A5 or A6) size, also any sheet can be custom just be noted it need be multiple of 4 and 1 sheet equal to 2 pages.
