PTFE is a new type of waterproof and breathable material, protection grade: IP67.

Acoustic membrane has three functions: Waterproof: 0.1-1.0 micron microporous, the pore size is less than 10000 times the water droplet, so that the moisture can not pass through, effectively protect sensitive components, avoid liquid erosion, and improve the service life of products.
Air permeability: the pore size is larger than that of steam. It is 700 times larger than water vapor. At the same time, the air is allowed to pass smoothly, which can effectively dissipate heat and prevent the fog inside the product and balance the pressure inside and outside the space.
Dustproof: the microporous channel forms a netlike solid structure in the membrane, and even and dense micropore distribution, which makes dust encounter barrier and achieves effective dust-proof effect. It can catch up to 0.1 micron particles.
