 1) For stock goods, MOQ 100PCS and fix 1x20GP requires. 

 2) For customed item and single item, MOQ 1000pcs

3) For set item, MOQ 800sets

4) For one item many colors, 600pcs/color

C. What is your principle for the samples? 

1) New customer charge sample fee and return back in order balance.

2) Old customer free sample under qty 3pcs and more will be pay.

3) Stock sample 2-3day be sent out, customed sample need 5-7days delivery,

4) Sample freight charge not in bear.

D. Which payment can be acceptable?  and how to do it?

1) T/T 30% deposit and 70% against B/L copy

2) Telex release B/L against 100% full payment

3) L/C be acceptable under the company credit verification

E. What your quality guarantee and after sale service?

1) Serious surface defects problem after get goods 1-3 months, if be found over 20% once by inspection truth , ask seller claim and claim amount under buyer and seller agreed, defects will be not effect function.

2) Coating quality assure 6-24months, in fact coating normally will over 3 years even 5 years if be good protection use soft cloth sponge and wooden shovel.

3) Spare part requires need be remarks in contract and if not over 1% will free charge to you.
