Customizable Square Galvanized Stainless Steel Water Tank 1m3 to 3000m3
Galvanized Steel Combined Water Tank is punched by Q235 into 2000mm*1000mm, 2000mm*500mm, 1500mm*1000mm, 1500mm*500mm, 1220*1220mm,1000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*500mm, 500mm*500mm, etc standard panels, drilling around, after HDG treatment, assembly at site. When combined, the gap between two standard panels is sealed by silicon pad, connected by bolts.
The product is suitable for storage of building water supply, regulating water tank, expansion of heating system, condensate tank and construction, geological reconnaissance, industrial, national defense engineering and other temporary storage tanks.
Water storage capacity from 1m3 to 3000m3, height up to 6m.
Production Process
Carbon steel plate - shearing machine cutting - shearing machine cutting four sides - punching four corners - punching - compression molding - sand blasting - hot galvanizing - - The overall combination is complete.
Features of Galvanized Water tank:
1. Good corrosion resistance, meticulous and uniform combination, not easy for corrosive gas or liquid to enter the interior.
2. Because the new layer is relatively pure, it is not easy to be corroded no matter in acid or alkali environment. Effectively protect the steel body for a long time.
3. After chromic acid passivation, it can be used in various colors, which can be selected according to the customer's preference. The galvanizing is beautiful and decorative.
4. The zinc coating has good ductility, and it will not fall easily during various bending, handling and impact.
