2.What are my payment choices?

Payment is processed during the checkout process. You may choose to pay securely with T/T,  PayPal,Western Union,Bank,Trade Assurance accept.

3.Do you offer design services?

Free digital proof base of your artwork for you. If you have the sketch, we could make it as well.

4.What information to be provide to you if I want to get a quotation?

Product spec and details description, size and quantity.

5.How long will it take to get my order?

Production Time(On Time Guarantee):

Normal production is 8-12 business days after all approval, depending on the product.

Rush Production (Guaranteed On Time Production): 

Rush production is 1-7 business days after all approvals. All orders required for sure-dated events must be discussed with JCBasic before a firm commitment is made, and must be indicated on the sales order. Air shipments may be required in order to meet sure-dated orders, at the expense of the customer or distributor. Non sure-dated orders are approximate and all efforts will be made to maintain these dates. Orders requiring proof approval must respond within the time designated or the order may be delayed and incur additional charges.

NOTE: We cannot be responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather, system failures, or other causes outside of our control.

6.If I place two orders on the same day, will they be shipped together?

If you place two orders on the same day and shipping to the same address, we will try to ship them together.

7.Can I upgrade my shipping?

Absolutely! During the checkout process you’ll be able to select from a few shipping options and will see an estimated delivery date. Please take turnaround times into account when placing your order. For example, if you pay for overnight shipping this does not mean that it will reach you the next day, we still need time to make your order )

8. Do you offer Pantone color matching?

This is usually something we can do, but it depends on the product! Please reach out to us with your custom PMS color and what product you would like it on and we can make sure it’s possible and give you the costs associated with color matching for that product.
