Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are 100% direct factory, having our own's factory buildings and equipment.
Q2. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q3. When can I get the price?
A: The quotation will be sent to you within 24 hours ASAP after we get your inquiry.
Q4. How soon will the first sample be ready ?
A: Sample making will takes around 3-5 days, mold making will take around 20-40 days.
Q5. What is your payment terms?
A: Mold payment : T/T 40% deposit with po, 30% after first trial shot, 30% before shipment;
Part payment : T/T 50% deposit with po, 50% before shipment.
Q6. Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer you a detailed production schedule and send you weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the project progress.
