Stock samples without custom printing design or logo are free. Freight collect delivery with your carrier account. Or kindly pay delivery charges by placing a sample order through alibaba with us when you don't have carrier account.
2. Can I get samples with my own design or logo?
Yes, we can supply artwork first by putting your design or logo on our product. Pls kindly contact us for mold charge and mold time.
3. How is my order shipped?
We will apply the most effective and reasonable shipping method to move your goods based on order volume. Normally economic express by carrier like UPS,Fed Ex, TNT,or DHL for small orders. Bulk order will be moved by sea.
4. Do you provide rush service?
We can help client to rush several pieces in 2-3 days.
5. What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% prepaid, 70% balance before delivery.
Photos of production progress and finished goods will be provided before you pay balance.
6.What are the procedures of my order?
We work strictly the procedures for producing your order by starting from your order confirmation with deposit and approval samples. Then book material and accessories ----Check the material colors and quality-- Cutting and printing----Check the printed swatches----Sewing and check the semi-finished products----Check finished products and cut extra threads----Fold and pack the perfect products into its approved package and export carton----Do overall inspection on the whole lot by applying AQL Level II---- Send you the inspection report and get balance payment----Deliver your order to nominated courier or warehouss---- Keep tracking shipment of your order till you receive the goods
