Q1 . A : What's the payment terms？
B：We would accept：T / T , Paypal , Western Union and L / C at sight ( only for order amount which is over 50000 USD ), and Alibaba trade assurance .

Q2 . A : Why your MOQ is 100pcs ?
B : ( 1 ) Our factory wont set a MOQ of 100pcs for our customers , but it is from the raw material and plating factory.
( 2 ) We have MOQ from the raw material suppliers . If we buy less than their MOQ, the raw materials price is much higher , so our final price would be much higher.
（3 ) We would also need to meet the MOQ when we send the products to the plating factory . They would charge a minimum cost if our qty is below the MOQ.
Q3 . A : What's your sample time and lead time?
B : Our sample item is 3-5 days for the mold which we have It's 12-15 days for customized mold . The lead time is about 25-30 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit.
Q4 . A : Can I get free samples?
B : We are not offer free sample , but it will be refund when place order.
Q5 . A : What I received is different size from picture , how can i do ?
B : Mostly our size is normal , please confirm the size with seller before order .Size could be customized.If we sent size different with your required , please contact with seller soon , we will remake your design as soon as possible.
