PATCHES

Patches are still embroidered images, but they are different. Patches are embroidered onto a substrate of material often a number at a time-not individually like direct embroidery. Patches then lay on top of the fabric and are either ironed on or sewn on. The most common application for a patch is on the sleeve of public safety personal like police officers, paramedics and fire fighters.

SCREEN PRINTING

We offer screen printing, heat transfer, flocking, burn-out, foil and many other special printing effects. We also offer blank garments for you, or you can request us to make your own unique blank garments with low minimums. Please contact us.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Full dye sublimation is a state of the art garment printing process that allows, "all over printing" of garments. High resolution digital files are printed using non toxic, water based ink and permanently heat set into rolls of blank eco-poly fabric, made from recycled post consumer water bottles. Once the color of the fabric is set it won't fade, crack or peel.

HEAT TRANSFERS

Heat transfers are iron-on images, produced primarily by screen printing and other commercial printing methods. Heat transfers have also advanced to include transfer papers for use with home computer printers. Transfer imprints differ in quality and appearance depending on the printing method, but all operate on the same application method and principle: heat and pressure are applied to a special release paper, facilitating the transfer of ink to the fabric.

Pattern Making

Cutting Process

Cutting is one of the major process in garments manufacturing. Here garments parts are cutting according to the pattern. In garments cutting department, a process flow chart have to maintained to send the right measurement parts in the next process for making quality garments.

Sewing Process

In the “Kull sports” , sewing section is the main department for garments manufacturing. When all the garments are complete to cut in the cutting section, all of these cutting parts are sending to sewing department for making garment. In this section different cutting parts are joining together with the help of different types of sewing machine, threads and needle. To complete the perfect garment easily and timely Floor in-charge always maintains a working procedure. Working procedure is also called as process flow chart of sewing department in the garments industry.

Ironing process

Pressing or ironing is the most important finishing process in readymade garments sector which is done by subjecting a cloth to heat and pressure with or without steam to remove unwanted creases and to impart a flat a appearance to the garments.

A: Sure. We offer customized service, not only the tags and logo, but also the design and packing can as you request.

Q4: What about the MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?

A: The MOQ is 500 per design .But small order is Ok if we can do it .Many new brands choice to work with us
    in the beginning and we are very happy to watch them grow up.

Q5: Can I get a sample before bulk order?

A: Yes, In order to text the quality, you can get a sample before bulk order. We are very confident about the quality & the sample time is 7-10 days.

Q6: Which manufacturer are you OEM or ODM?

A: We are original manufacturer of Motorsports Leather and textile wear and we offer both services.

Q8: Why your rates are very low, is there any quality difference?

A: Firstly we are not distributor or Pseudo exporter who buy products from manufacturers and then sell. In between customers and us there is no any mediator involved and thus profit doesn’t divide in two places, we directly approach buyers that’s why our rates are low. Secondly we don’t compromise on quality and all our products are 100% exact as shown in the pictures. Quality is our first priority.

Q9: Do you send sample before commencement of orders?

A: Yes before commencing orders we ship a prototype to buyer for better consideration and confirmation of quality material. Customer will pay for sample and the shipment charges would be endured by us.

Q10: Do you deal with custom orders?

A: Yes, we always encourage custom orders. All our working is completely customized from Sizing, Coloring to Printing/Logos.

Q11: How do i get quote/price for a product?

A: You have to email us the model or picture of the product you want to get quote on. Then you will receive a reply with a pricelist.

Q12: Where can I find your chart size?

A: We have some standard size chart measurement due to variations in size for different areas. you can seen our Size Chart link .We work on customer’s provided sizing and details.

Q13: What If Can't Get My Logos In EPS Vector Format?

A: We can also accept a high-resolution JPEG file (300 dpi), and our art department can convert the file into vector format. i have an event date I’m trying to meet. if i send a deposit before the art is completed, will that save me a space in the production schedule? Depends on the situation and production space, ask about this, We cannot process your order until we have all 3 elements: completed artwork, completed order form, and Money deposit.
