Product Advantages
Cold rolled coil production can provide a large number of high precision and excellent performance of steel and strip, its main feature is low processing temperature, compared with hot rolled plate production, it has the following advantages:
(1) Cold-rolled sheet coil products are accurate in size and uniform in thickness. The thickness difference of sheet coil is generally not more than 0.01-0.03mm or smaller, which can fully meet the requirements of high precision tolerance.
(2) Extremely thin strip that cannot be produced by hot rolling can be obtained (the thinnest can be less than 0.001mm).
(3) The surface quality of cold-rolled products is superior, there is no pitting, pressing into oxide sheet and other defects that often occur in hot-rolled plate rolls, and according to the requirements of users, the production of different surface roughness of the plate rolls (gloss surface or hemp rough surface, etc.), in order to facilitate the processing of the next process.
(4) Cold rolled sheet coil distance and good mechanical properties and process properties (such as higher strength, lower yield limit, good deep drawing performance, etc.).
(5) Can realize high-speed rolling and full continuous rolling, with high productivity.
