We had 2 dustless workshops and 10 different high-frequency injection machines from 4kW to 150kW, 400 sets of spraying equipment, 30 pad printing machines, 25 assembling lines, and over 600 workers here.

We supply two approval routines:

•1) Pre-production samples are sent to you before molding.

•2) Post-production samples are sent to you before mass production, and before sending samples, we send a picture to customers for first confirmation.

Technology process:

1. Mud prototype, PU prototype, Wax prototype (general shape).

2. Customer PU prototype shape confirmation. 

3. Tooling or mold preparing. 

4. Pre-production sample confirmation. 

5. Mass production.

6.Painting.

7.Assembly, quality control, package.

Our engineering department has 7-10 people, we have research and development capabilities. We also collect regularly each customer feedback, product improvement, and new product development. We also hold monthly new product launches.

Q3: about our Return Policy:

If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.
