Does this cooler have a spigot?
A: Yes, if you mean a place to open up to drain the water it does have that.
A: Not a spigot (as for dispensing drinks) but a drain at the bottom of one short side - for releasing excess water from ice-melt. It really is not a drink cooler unless those drinks are in cans or bottles :-)
What exactly is the insulation? I need to drill through the walls but, if the insulation is a vacuum chamber then, I wasted my money.
A: I once had to replace the drain plug on mine and I'm positive it's not a vacuum chamber. If I remember correctly, it's a rigid foam. (it was a while ago and I wasn't taking notes)
If you add the shipping charges to the price of the red cooler, there's only a few dollars difference from the blue cooler and no guaranteed delivery time frame. Also, the sellers are different. They're allowed to charge different prices, include or charge extra for shipping, or participate in Prime. From the descriptions the coolers seem to be identical other than color and vendor.
What are the interior sizes?
A: The usable inside bottom area is length 20", depth 10" and height 11". I say usable because the inside bottom edges are curved, not right angles. The inside dimensions at the top where the lid closes are length 22", depth 11.5" and height 12".
Is this cooler big enough to hold a large turkey?
A: It depends on your definition of large. Check out the "interior sizes" response under answered questions and measure your bird. I would think that any turkey over 18-20 lbs would be a very tight squeeze.
