Azienda Agricola Cascina Madonnina was born in 2005 and tells the story of Moyra Fusè and her passion for innovation and healthy food. Together with her family, she has been investing time and energies for 14 years in order to improve the quality of the products and guarantee its healthiness. The free-range geese are bred exclusively with natural food like corn, wheat and cereals and their meat is used to produce all the products branded Quack, the company brand registered in 2013.
Quack is the core of the company and it marks the production of handmade products made of goose meat, like pure goose salami, goose smoked breast and goose ham. These high quality products are characterised by excellent nutritional properties: goose meat has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (about 75%), in particular Omega 3, 6 and 9, which are essential to keep the body functioning correctly and are therefore recommended in healthy diets.
