1. What's the order process?
Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay (you) > make
sample (me)> approval (you) >mass production+Shipping (me)
2. Can I get a product sample?
Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid type fee. And we will take picture for
your check. If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
3. Specific delivery process.
We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on
internet.
4. Broken or lost when shipping
Please take photos and tell the express for the complain, then send pictures to us, we'll
help you to claim for compensation from express, and then, re-make for you or send
you compensation.
