1. Does FYD do OEM?----Yes, we accept oem, logo and brand add on product and packing.
2. Does FYD do ODM? ----Yes, we can do sample according to your drawing.
3. Whats the delivery time? ----Usually, its 25 days after pre-production sample confirmed. If its urgent order, we will complete the order in shorter time.
4. If we find the defects after receive the goods, how could we do? ---- FYD do inspection during and after production. If still have quality defects, we will offer credit note to our buyers.
5. If the order quantity is small, but MOQ is more than order quantity, how to do? ---- We could discuss, why MOQ is high.
If its packing or material costs high quanitty, then discuss to solve it. Like wait and produce with other orders, or pay packing MOQ cost, and stocks the packing in FYD for you.
