Start to drill the holes of cooling line, threading hole and ejector pin. Processing threads.
CNC rough machining.
It needs to milling the steel before the heat treatment.Normarly, 0.3~0.5 steel will be saved for the heat treatment.
Heat treatment.
Hardened steel needs to do heat treatment.
CNC finish machining.
The mold cavity and parting surface will be milled by CNC. The machining accuracy reaches 0.005mm.
Wire-electrode cutting.
The holes of ejector pin and inserts will be finished by slow wire cutting.
