Packaging and Shipment
Packaging:
1. Safety Packaging: 1)Sunrise's staff will inspect your requested products one by one and then pack them in a brown inner case, normally 6pcs/brown inner box, 48pcs/carton.
2) Place them in 5-layer standard export cartons to be ready for shipping.
2. Individual packaging: single brown box, white box or gift box depends on different glass products. (Customized).
Shipment:
1. For samples: By express(DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT)
2. For mass goods: By sea, by air, door to door, land transportation

Q1. Is Sunrise a manufacturer?
A: Sunrise is a trading company focuses on custom glassware for 14 years, we have over 30 regular factory partners to deal with orders from different clients, with factories, we can control quality and price.
Q2. What products does Sunrise specialize in?
A: Sunrise specializes in various glassware, such as wine glass, whiskey glass, beer glass, glass candle holder, artful glassware, dinnerware, etc. Customization and quality is our core competence.
Q3. Can we get samples for reference?
A: Yes, free samples are provided if you have a freight collected number such as DHL, UPS, TNT. For OEM products, sample fee will be refunded in your order.
Q4. Can we put our logo or company name on the products?
A: Sure. Most of Sunrise's products are OEM. Silkscreen, heat transfer, decal, spraying, electroplating, etching, hand cutting, embossed logo, debossed logo and other decorative techniques are implied based on client's logo requirement.
Q5. What format of file should I offer if I want my own design?
A: You can provide PDF, AI and JPG. Our own designer will make a drawing for confirmation.
Q6. What's your lead time?
A: For samples, it takes 5-7 days. For production, 25-35 days based on your quantity and design.
Q7. What is your payment term?
A: T/T, Western Union, L/C or others according to your requirements.
Q8. Reply Time?
Due to time difference and we are in China, normally our working hours is from 9:00 AM-18:30PM. We will reply to you as soon as we can once receive your inquiry.
