• Q:  How to provide Artwork?
  1) Artwork quality: high precision;
  2) Size: output size with 96dpi or 300dpi, the higher the better;
  3) Color: CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated color number;
  4) Artwork format: PDF, PSD, AI, CDR, JPG, TIFF...;
  5) If you don't have high precision artwork, we can help you design free ;

• Q:  How to do the Payment?
  1) Paypal;

  4) 100% TT in advance/ 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment for large order;

• Q:  How to get the Sample?
  1) Sample charge: According to your design. Sampling time:3-5days;
  2) Samples charge: Free for Existing Samples Sampling time:1day;
  3) If you place an order, we can help you one sample free before mass production to let you check carefully.

• Q:  How to get a price and place an order ?
  1) Qty:  MOQ is 10 pieces of each design.  Tell me how many you need ?
  2) Size:  What size do you need? Popular size 20x45cm or Customized size 30x75cm or other size? Please advise.
  3) Print:  Do you want to print on one side or Both sides? Please tell us. Both are available for us. 
  4) Logo:  Please provide us your logo file. We would do free artwork for you to approve before printing.
  5) After you confirm the Pre-Production Sample, we start to do the mass production.
  6) After we finished the order, we will arrange the shipping as your requirement!
