1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer? A:We are a manufacturer in Dongguan China, welcome to visit us. 2. How can I get the quotation? A: We will submit the quotation in 24 hours if got detailed information during working days. In order to quote to you earlier, please kindly provide us with the following information together with your inquiry: 1). 3D step of files and 2D Drawings; 2). Material requirements; 3). Surface treatment; 4). Quantity (per order/per month/ annual) 5). Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery, etc. 3. How do you control the quality? A: 1). Materials inspected by IQC 2). The first sample inspected by QC, QC will carry out over check as per the parameters list and critical dimensions requested by customers, and decide if it's suitable for production. 3). During processing, our IPQC will check the injection products every 2 hours, ensure no defects. 4). FQC will check the products before sending to the warehouse. 5). 100% inpected by OQC before delivery. 4. What is your terms of payment? A: Mold payment: 50% T/T in advance, 50% T/T balance after the sample confirmed.Plastic parts payment: 50%t/t in advance, 50% T/T balance before shipment. 5. How to pack the molds and products? A: 1). For molds, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then cover the mold with thin films , finally pack the mold with fumigated wooden case. 2). For products, we will use standard export cartons or as per customer's requirement. 6. What's your company advantage?
