1. Can I get samples of custom pvc rubber pencil topper?
YES. We could provide free samples if there's stock. But sample will be charged together with molding charge for custom designs. However, sample and molding charge are refundable when order is up to certain amount and quantity.
2. what is your MOQ ?
Normally our MOQ is 5000 pcs/color/design. But we do accept lower quantity for trial order.
3. How long is the sample LEAD TIME ?
It shall take 1-2 days if there are existing samples, again, it's free (quantity below 3pcs). It shall take 5-7 days for your own designs subject to the design pattern and complexity, etc.
4. How long is the production lead time ?
It takes 7-15 days for MOQ. Exact lead time is subject to the order quantity.
5. How much is the freight charge ?
We highly suggest that you choose Express for samples and small orders, it's fast and convenient.
For bulk orders, Sea shipment or Air shipment is suggested.
For detailed express and sea/air shipment charges, please inquire with quantity, weight and designs.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design ?
File of .JPG/.AI/.PDF/.CDR of your own logo or designs are accepted, we will do the artwork and molding work for you, all you have to do is send us the file and wait for the sample to be made and delivered.
