1.How to make a custom design? 

Please email us your designs in any kind of formats like Jpg, AI, CDR, PDF etc. And make a clear statement of the design you want, the size, color, and quantity. We can make free samples for your approval.

2. How to order?

Please choose an item in our shop, or send us the pictures/designs you would like, we will get you quotations based on the qty and spec. you request, if all is acceptable, we will start to prepare the order as soon as you make the payment.

3. Which kinds of payment can be accepted?

We will start the production once the full payment is made. PayPal, TT and Western Union are accepted.

4. How long & which expresses? 

Our lead time is roughly 5-7 days after receipt of the full payment. But bulk orders may take a little longer. Products are shipped by Door-to-Door Express (UPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, and TNT).

5. When can you get the price?

7.Can you provide sample to check quality before order? 

Yes, samples can be provided.Pictures/Video or Physical samples as your wish.Usually, it needs 1-3 days to send to you. Also, most of our customers confirm the sample through photo, then much time and cost can be saved.
