2. Can I customize other shapes, what is the process?
Sure, we accept customization, the process as follows: quotation for your design> confirm the order and pay mould cost>artwork or sample for your approval>payment>production+shipping. Please contact us for details.
3. How can I know how much shipping cost?
You can input the quantity you want to order and choose the shipping method and address, then the shipping cost can be calculated automatically. Also, you can contact us and send us your product quantity and address, we will calculate it for you.
4. Is there any other delivery way I can choose except Express?
Yes, the delivery way is negotiable. For sample and small order < 100KG, we will kindly suggest Express, while Air freight and Sea shipping for Bulk order >100KG.
5. How long does it take for me to receive my product?
Well, it depends on the quantity of your order. For small order less than 1000pcs, mostly you can receive your goods within one week.
