A: We have passed the BSCI certificate. Our quality meets the standard of European and American import.
Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
The design and development departments have rich experience in supporting customers to develop and improve new products.
Q4: What's the main material of your cleaning tools?
A: We have microfiber pad refill (for a mop, duster wash brush… ), aluminum, stainless steel, iron pole, and ABS plastic parts to give you more choices.
Q5: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Normally, the MOQ is 1000 pieces.
Q6: What is your packing of products?
A: We can do simple packaging with a PE bag, color card, or color box according to the client’s requirement. We also accept OEM.
Q7: What is your delivery date?
A: Our custom products delivery time is about 30-40 days after confirmation. It will be shorter if for our regular items and we have the raw material in stock.
Q8. What is your sample policy?
A: For our regular items we would like to offer samples for free and customers just need to pay the freight cost. For custom products, the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Or we can send an approval sample for free after a mass production order being placed.
Normally, the delivery date of a regular sample is 3-7days.
