Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are the professional manufacturer with more than 14 years export experience.

Our factory are located in Shanghai (near the PVG Airport). We have our own mould design, making and plastic injection workshops. 

Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, sure! Warmly welcome you to visit our factory and check our production facilities.

We can pick you up at the PVG / SHA airport, the hotel or the railway station in Shanghai.

Q: Can I get a sample before place bulk order?

A: Sure! Welcome to place sample order or trail order to test the quality first.

Q: How to pay freight charges if order samples?
A: If you have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS account, please send us your account and we will send out the samples by freight collect. If you do not have such account, we will calculate the freight for you and you can pay the freight to us in advance.

Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The sample prepare time will take 2-7 days.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally we accept T/T, L/C, etc. For regular orders, we prefer 30% prepaid and the balance paid before delivery.

Q: How do you ship the goods to me?
A: We can deliver the goods to you by Express, by Air or by Sea as per your requests.
